How do I set up my email on my iPhone?

To set up an email account on your iPhone, please see the below steps.

If you do not know your current email password, please visit this link for instructions on how to reset it.

 

  1. Go to the Settings App and search for "email accounts" (under the Apps section)
  2. Tap on Add Account > Other > Mail Account
  3. Enter in your name, email address, password and description
  4. Tap IMAP
  5. Incoming Mail Server Hostname: Server hostname (in the form ‘LHxx.dnsireland.com’)
  6. Username: Your full email address
  7. Password: The email address password
  8. Outgoing mail server Hostname: Server hostname (in the form ‘LHxx.dnsireland.com’, see below* for more information)
  9. Username: Your full email address
  10. Password: The email address password
  11. Server Port: 995 (POP), 993 (IMAP)
