How do I update the whois information of my domain?

Please see the following steps on updating the whois information for your domain:

- Log in to your LetsHost client area
- Click on Domains >  My Domains > Active (to the right of the domain listed) > Domain Ownership Information (under the Manage menu on the left)
- Enter the required information and click Save Changes when you are done

You will see 4 different sections Owner, Admin, Billing & Technical. The admin and owner sections are the most important. The owner contact email address is used to verify domain ownership and that the whois information is correct, and the admin contact email address is used to authenticate domain transfers. While LetsHost are obliged to inform that the whois information must be factual, there is nothing to stop you from entering what ever information you like.

If you require further information to the above, please submit a ticket via your client area and a member of the team will be happy to advise.
